Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we process information when this planning platform is provided through a licensed financial institution, educational institution, employer, or other organization (“Institution”). The platform is licensed to Institutions and is not sold directly to consumers. The Institution typically acts as the data controller and we act as a service provider/data processor on the Institution’s behalf.

 

The platform processes information that users voluntarily enter for planning purposes, which may include income and employment details, expense estimates, assets and liabilities, housing and retirement assumptions, and future life events. This information is used only to generate projections and scenarios and to display results within the application. We do not require bank login credentials or access to transaction accounts.

 

We do not use the platform for advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information with third parties for marketing. Information may be disclosed only to the user, the Institution (as configured by that Institution), and service providers who are necessary to operate the platform under contractual restrictions and confidentiality obligations.

 

Data storage depends on the Institution’s configuration and may include local storage on the user’s device and/or storage in Institution-approved cloud infrastructure. When cloud storage is used, data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and other safeguards designed to protect confidentiality and integrity. No system can guarantee absolute security, but protecting planning data is a core design principle.

 

The platform supports use in multiple countries. Institutions are responsible for configuring the platform to meet applicable local requirements, including retention, access, and data residency where relevant. Depending on jurisdiction and the Institution’s configuration, users may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete their information. Requests should be directed to the Institution administering the service.

 

The platform is intended for adult planning. Information about dependents may be entered by users for planning purposes, but the platform does not independently collect information from children. This policy may be updated to reflect product or regulatory changes. If changes are material, the Institution will be notified through normal service channels.
